Office & client accounts administrator

This varied role will encompass all aspects of both office accounts using Sage 50 accounting software as well as lettings client accounting using Alto and CFP Software.

Candidates must also be able to demonstrate a minimum of 6 months experience of working with Sage 50 and/or property management accounts software, ideally ALTO/CFP, however training will be provided.

Office Account duties:-

  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Debt chasing
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • VAT Returns
  • Profit & Loss reports
  • Balance Sheet Reports
  • Management Accounting

Property Management Account duties:-

  • Raising rent & service charge demands
  • Receipting rents
  • Debt chasing
  • Paying landlords & contractors and producing statements
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Producing reports
  • HMRC and Non-Resident Landlord Returns

General Office duties:-

  • Assisting with telephone enquiries
  • Office Banking
  • Managing and ordering office stationery

Candidates must be confident, with strong organisational and administrative skills, have good customer care and be able to act independently.

Office Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm with one hour for lunch.

Hours:  28 to 35 hours per week.

Salary: £25,000.00 to £28,000.00 per annum (full-time - 35 hours) depending on experience

Holiday: 25 days per annum (pro rata) plus Bank Holidays
