Covid-19 Temporary Office Closure, Appointments & Contact INFORMATION - uPDATE 24/3/2020
Following Government guidance and for the the safety of both our clients and staff we have taken the decision to temporarily close our office building until further notice.
Our Partners and Staff will continue to work from the safety of their own homes and have access to our office remotely. We will endeavour to provide our clients with the best possible service we can offer during this difficult period, however we would ask that you please allow more time for us to reply to your enquiry and to complete your instructions to the professional standard you expect.
Our available properties For Sale and To Let can be viewed remotely on our website using our virtual tours from the safety of your own homes. The Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) have issued instruction than there should not be any in-person viewings AND home moves should not take place.

Tenants needing to report repairs should email your property manager or firstname.lastname@example.org We are awaiting further guidance from HMCLG regarding property maintenace. For now we will only instruct contractors in cases where there is a risk to life. We, or our contractors will contact you on the day to confirm it is safe to visit. If you or anyone in your property is self isolating please call ahead to re-schedule your appointment.
