Savings can be achieved by securing the reliefs offered by the billing authorities, submitting and negotiating appeals against Rateable Values, either on a permanent or temporary basis and by liaising with the billing authority where circumstances change or where billing authorities have made errors. We are also able to check rating bills and refunds to ensure accuracy.
