The Farm Buildings
The buildings are located to the rear of the cottages and are approached over the main access road from Rushett Lane. They comprise the original brick and corrugated cement sheeted packhouse and coldstores now used as a farm workshop and general purpose store. There are modern coldstores with capacity to store approximately 240 tonnes of apples and pears. To the front of the buildings is a large hard standing area and beyond this the farm track leads to the fruit plantations.
If these were sold separately then there is some potential for a change of use to the farm buildings subject to the usual planning consents being obtained.
